Elk Ridge Estates is in a quiet wooded subdivision of Duck Creek Village near scenic HWY 14 and 89. We are centrally located between Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon with a 35 mile drive in either direction, a 25 mile drive from Cedar Breaks National Monument, and 33 miles from the popular ski town of Brian Head. The perfect location to see it all! We are the ONLY subdivision in Duck Creek with paved roads giving you TRUE year round access, and minimizing dust, mud, and road noise in other areas of the village. Our HOA takes care of the roads with snow removal. They allow ATV's with a speed limit of 15 mph. Camp trailers, tents, and fireworks are strictly prohibited. The Village Town Square is only a 7 mile drive up HWY 14 and offers restaurants, mom and pop shops, ATV/Snowmobile/Kayak/Paddleboard/Bike Rentals. Navajo Lake is just another 10 miles up the HWY where you can rent motorized boats, hike, fish, bike, and swim. Endless amounts of outdoor activities all around you!

The cabin has 3500 sf of space and is set up perfectly to help accommodate large groups/multiple families comfortably on 3 different levels. The Master Bed and Bath are on the main level, along with a mud room, guest bathroom, large kitchen, living room open to dining for 12, and access to a hot tub deck, plus another large wrap around deck with plenty of seating to take in the wonderful views! Upstairs you will find another Master Suite with a King Bed and Bath, plus 2 Queen Bedrooms, 1 Bedroom with 2 Twin Beds, and another shared Bathroom, totaling 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs. Downstairs you will find a Game Room with an Air Hockey Table, a large sectional hide-a-bed couch, wet bar, wood-burning stove, laundry area, 2 Queen Bedrooms, a shared Bathroom, and access to a large outside patio with a grill. The cabin sits on nearly an acre wooded lot and has a fire pit, horse shoe pit, cornhole, and 2 person hammock. There are 2 televisions in the cabin, one in the main living area, and one in the main level master bedroom. Both have Direct TV and Roku. Reliable WIFI, and excellent cell service.
