The apartment in Cala Gonone – Sardinia (Italy) is fully furnished. The flat is entirely self catering and it comes complete with a secure parking space. There are two bedroom, a fully fitted modern kitchen/living room with a balcony and a bathroom. There is a free internet Wi-Fi connection available for guest.
In the building there are a common laundry - coin machine - and common barbecue facilities.
Children up to three years old do not pay. Beaches are 10 minutes walking
The price includes gas and water consumption. Electric consumption will be measured through dedicated device and it will be paid before leaving (0,80€ per kW) .
Additional costs are:
- final cleaning (60€) will be paid at the end of your stay;
- bed linens and towels: 15€ per person.

The owners live in the vicinity of the apartment and are available for any suggestions or help. It is about 200 meters from supermarkets, 800 meters from the center and from the nearest beaches and 150 meters from public transport line.

Cala Gonone village runs mandatory waste recycling. Operators collect recycled waste door to door in the assigned days. At the end of the stay, if there is still waste in the apartment, the host is required to bring it to the dedicated area in the village. Otherwise the service is outsourced with the payment of a fee of 50€.
