Welcome to our beautiful house in the heart of wonderful Stockholm archipelago and with only 45 mins by car, or 50 mins by direct bus, to Stockholm city.

The house is ideal both for summer and winter holiday breaks on beautiful Hölö with walking distance to the sea (400 meters), shop, bus and family friendly sandy beaches. Walking distance is also Stavsnäs, a picturesque village with supermarket, sand beaches, a great cafe, and akso the largest harbour hub in the archipelago with easy access to islands such as Sandhamn (30 mins). Main house consists of three BR which comfortably sleeps 6-7 people, a living-room, kitchen and bath-room w shower. Guest house (25 m2) has 1 BR (2 beds), basic kitchen, and living-room with sofa bed.

Main house kitchen is fully equipped, at least by most stsndards, with new oven, fridge, refrigerator, microwave oven and dishwasher. As for home entertainment we provide HBO, Netflix, Viaplay, and CMore, so you will be able to watch both movies and all major sports events.

We truly believe that you will appreciate our conservatory, directly adjacent to the house with electrical heating and glass windows, as a perfect spot for late dinners with direct access to the nature just outside.in the summer.

Beautiful Home and Stay

This was our first stay in Stavsnas, and it was great! The home was exactly as described with all the necessary amenities to make our family of 5 comfortable. The nearby bakery was a great spot to walk to and enjoy a lunch and ice cream. We hope to visit this home, again! Communication was very easy and clear with the home owners, as well.

Short stay

We visited this property after a week in Stockholm, hoping for a “chill out”. We were not disappointed. It is really well located and easy to get to on public transport. The local facilities are good. It is a really nice family home in a quiet location. It has a very warm feeling about it which we very much enjoyed. Thank you.

Summer in Sweden

We enjoyed the house and the surrounding very much. We had a great time there. Contact with Torbjörn was fine. He is a good host with a nice house. We enjoyed the style, interieur and stuff in the house a lot. Thanks for having us. If you are looking for such a house in that area, is one is really good.
