About this property

My house is located on a hill and offers a splendid view over the entire Gulf of Cagliari. It is a terraced villa with garden (front and back), private and on three levels.
Feel at home, browse my books, enjoy the sunset on the balcony and enjoy this wonderful island. Pets are always welcome!
My house is divided into three levels. On the ground floor you will find the kitchen, a service bathroom, the living room and two terraces with garden and bbq. On the first floor there are three bedrooms with balconies and two bathrooms (one double and two singles). On the top floor you will find an attic with a sleeping area, a bathroom and a small balcony.
You can access any space, feel at home!
I live with my cat Franky on the lower floor, with independent access, so you will have all your privacy but for any need I will be at your disposal with pleasure.
It is an excellent solution for those traveling by car and wanting a relaxing and naturalistic vacation; but it can also be convenient for those traveling by public transport (the bus stop is 1km away).

En Vacance dès que l'on a posé la valise.

Les photos correspondent à la réalité. Accueil agréable, maison et jardin très bien équipés. Facile de garer la voiture devant la maison. Vue sur la lagune et la mer magnifique.

Ferienhaus mit Aussicht auf Stadt, Strand und Meer

Wir fahren schon seit Jahren mit eigenem Auto nach Sardinien und mieten stets ein anderes Ferienhaus in den Vororten von Cagliari. Für unsere Art Sardinien Ferienurlaub mit hoher Flexibilität war der Besuch bei Patrizia geradezu ideal. Das Haus hat viel Platz - 4 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder. Das Erdgeschoss und die 3 Schlafzimmer sind mit neuen Klimaanlagen versehen, zudem gibt es WLAN, eine komplette Küche und eine etwas lethargische Waschmaschine. Lage und Ausblick sind natürlich spektakulär - man muss eben mobil sein, sonst wird es mühsam. Auf der Terrasse über der Stadt frühstücken und im Sonnenuntergang zu Abend essen war Genuss pur. Klar das ein oder andere Möbelstück ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch hat es an nichts gefehlt. Patrizia, ihre Familie und auch die Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit in jeder Lage. Uns hat der Urlaub bei Patrizia so gut gefallen, dass wir wohl wiederkommen werden.

Schönes Haus

Das Haus von Patrizia ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Leider waren die Spülmaschine sowie die Klimaanlage kaputt, was schon doof ist wenn man damit gerechnet hat.Das Haus liegt auf einem Hügel von dem man einen schönen Ausblick hat. Leider ist die nahegelegene Schnellstraßen sehr laut und man hört diese sehr gut wenn man auf der Terrasse sitzt. Auch ist der Ort Quartu Sant’Elena nicht wirklich schön, deshalb braucht man unbedingt ein Auto. Allerdings ist der Verkehr, die Straßenverhältnisse und Parkplatzsuche im August sehr Netvenaufreibend.

Decouverte de la Sardaigne et de ces trésors de beauté

Belle demeure de trois niveaux qui surplombe la baie avec des vues magnifiques sur la mer et le quartier de saint éléna avec beaux des couchers de soleil .Cette demeure est comme décrite dans l'annonce sur deux niveaux trois salles de bains et de trois chambres avec six couchages . Au rdc une cuisine équipée ,une lingerie avec lave linge, une belle pièce principale (salle à manger/ salon) meublée et personnalisée avec gout donnant accès a une terrasse avec la vue décrite précédemment .Depuis la cuisine accès à l'extérieur et au barbecue. La propriétaire est une personne discréte et acceuillante.
