The villa is located at high spot of verga.
Unlimited view to the messiniakos bay ,the city of kalamata and the mountain sides of the Taigetos mountain is accessible from both floors .the visitors can enjoy the beauty of a unique sanest.
The 55 square meters ground floor includes fully equipped kitchen, espresso machine available-and a master bedroom with a double king-size bed.
Both of these rooms are accessible to the magnificent view for the orizon and the mountains across the sea.
The exterior space -protected by wooden pergola- can be used for breakfast,lounge or as a beautiful dining place.
The 1st floor (85 square meters) consists of a living room with a fire place,1 bedroom with 3 single beds and second bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom.
The terrace of the first floor offers a magnificent view to the sea and the mountains.
