Just 20-35 minutes from the North Costa Blanca beach resorts of Denia, Javea, Moraira and Calpe. Magnificent panoramic views over the Orba & Jalon Valleys. 5 minutes from Orba, Parcent and Murla, 10 minutes from Jalon.

Private swimming pool with terrace, sunbeds and furnishings. 3 double bedrooms. 2 new bathrooms with walk-in showers. Sleeps 6. New Kitchen with open dinning aspect to the Lounge. Large south facing Naya with lounge seating and dining area and views over the Jalon Valley to Parcent and Murla. Outside covered kitchen and BBQ area with seating and views over Orba and the Orba valley. Drive Parking.

Set in a quiet cul de sac and offering open south, west and north facing aspects. Our Viila provides tranquility together with access to several beautiful villages and coastal resorts which are within easy reach. There are many restaurants in the close by popular tourist villages of Orba, Parcent and Jalon. The nearest restaurant is within a 10 minute walk, others are a short drive away. Orba, 5 minutes drive down the hill, provides a range of facilities including dinning, bars, coffee shops, supermarket, other local shops, doctors, garage and a weekly market. Also 5 minutes drive is the nearby Village of Alcalali which has bars / restaurants and a small theatre.

Large Naya opening off the lounge and kitchen with comfortable seating/dining. Separate outside kitchen with BBQ and it's own dining area. Pool area has sunbeds and comfortable furnishings.

Fantastisk udsigt

Det er de bedste og skønneste rammer vi til dato har holdt ferie i. Huset er super lækket indrettet, og beliggenheden med den helt fantastiske udsigt til bjergene er uovertruffent. Et sted vi helt sikkert gerne vil vende tilbage til.

Super vakantie

Wil je een rustige vakantie dan ben je hier aan het juiste adres! De villa is prachtig met een ongelooflijk uitzicht! Ziet er nog mooier uit dan op de foto's. Om stadjes te bezoeken ben je binnen de 25 min op veel leuke plekjes. Wij hebben alvast genoten.

Booked this villa for my wife's 60th Birthday wanted somewhere peaceful and quite. villa was absolutely outstanding everything you needed was there. sitting on the balcony in the morning watching the sunrise to sitting there at night for the sunset brilliant. Pool and seating area were perfect sun all-day long. outside kitchen was perfect what a view when cooking dinner perfect. just like to thank Tracey what a wonderful villa in the perfect position with the surrounding villages to explore perfect location. Thank you John & Donna.

Fantastic villa, fantastic host 👏

Fantastic break at this fantastic villa which exceeded our expectations. The villa was spotlessly clean on arrival and felt like a home away from home. Very comfortable with everything you could need. Excellent mattresses which is not always the case. The villas location was stunning. Breathtaking scenery. Calming and peaceful. Great size pool. I would highly recommend this villa to those looking for a peaceful location. The wind does pick up in the afternoon/ evening so it wasn’t always possible to have shade by the pool. However the balcony seating was always shaded. Nothing negative to say. Thank you to the hosts for a lovely holiday 😊

Why they chose this property

The villa is in a beautiful situation with incredible open views across both the Jalon and Orba Valleys. This is a tranquil place and not suitable for exciting night life. A wonderful get away from crowds, even in the summer months. Its great to drive to the coast and come home to the peace and quiet.

What makes this property unique

The inside of the villa has been completely renovated from the floors to the beds and the well equipped kitchen. The situation is beautiful. The views are the best in the area with wide open orange and almond groves you can see for miles. Authentic Spanish villages within easy reach and beaches within a short drive.
