The property really is 3 mins walk to the beach where you can watch the most beautiful sun sets! A lovely little place to stay and unwind.

Great stay , only concern is the road that you enter on to is in a extremely bad condition, I assume this is out of your control, but other wise all great !

Part of the road has just been resurfaced. Monks Lane is a quiet country lane that leads to the holiday village which is a three minute walk from unspoilt coastline. Cars do need to drive slowly down the lane; this makes it safer for families, dog walkers and ramblers. It is a little bumpy at the start of Monks lane, cars will be able to safely navigate the odd pot hole. I’ve made the trip many times in my little fiat 500 :-). There are plans for the whole lane to be resurfaced in the near future.
A beautiful location
The bungalow is perfectly situated for this beautiful coastline, just 5 minutes from the sea. It has everything one could want in a holiday cottage. Everything has been thought through carefully. The only downside was the terribly potholed lane one had to use to get there and that negative will be gone in a few days when the lane is resurfaced. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely little bungalow
Spent a week here with our two children. Lovely functional bungalow which was beautifully decorated. The renovation of the double bedroom was evident in the comfortableness of the bed itself. Only downside was the access to the site itself. The private road leading to the holiday village was not drivable unless you kept under about 8mph. Hopefully the remedial works in September will solve that problem.
The site was lovely as it had an adventure playground, tennis court and mini golf for the kids. The shop on site was fantastic at providing small things for our stay. It was a beautifully quiet location and we slept like babies. Will look to book here again soon.
Beautifully decorated bungalow, really comfy beds, brilliantly equipped kitchen. Lovely, quiet location by the beach. We loved our stay at no. 40 and will definitely be back.
