Within walking distance of the Acropolis, Parthenon, Acropolis Museum, Thisio and Plaka neighborhoods, and a variety of bars, clubs, and restaurants, this bright and cosmopolitan loft is perfectly positioned to experience all that the city has to offer. Despite its central location, the loft's top-floor position ensures that city noise is kept to a minimum when the windows are closed. Conveniently, the Monastiraki Metro Station is less than 50 meters away, providing direct access to the airport, port, and other parts of the city.

In addition to the spacious open-plan area, the apartment features three separate rooms. One is designated for laundry, another serves as a linen and towel wardrobe, and the last one is a storage room.
