The structure is surrounded by greenery on site silent. The villa is completely fenced, has a Technogym equipped gym, a tennis court, an outdoor hot tub, free wifi, a large terrace for sunbathing, a barbeue and private parking.
Located in the village of Offagna, which is the orange flag as the most beautiful village in Italy.
From here you can reach in 20 minutes all the most beautiful beaches of the Conero Riviera, the sanctuary of Loreto. Ancona is 10 minutes away by car and the Frasassi caves can be reached in 40 minutes.

Appartamento Lavanda - Agosto 2018

Abbiamo soggiornato presso l'appartamento lavanda per 12 giorni. Il contesto è immerso nel verde, ma nonostante tutto è vicinissimo al centro Storico di Offagna. In 20-25 minuti si raggiungono le principali zone marittime di Marcelli, Numana, Sirolo e tutta la zona del Conero. L'appartamento è ben tenuto. Al piano terra vi è la cucina e il ripostiglio. Le posate, i piatti, i bicchieri e il pentolame è in ottime condizioni. Alcuni oggetti sono nuovi. Nel ripostiglio oltre a scopa e paletta vi è ubicata una lavatrice e una aspirapolvere. Al piano superiore vi sono le 2 camere e il bagno. Come per il piano inferiore tutto risulta ben tenuto e molto spazioso. Qui è presente l'aria condizionata. La parte esterna, comune a tutti, è costituita da una zona verde / boschiva che circonda la casa e dal parcheggio privato. Caratteristico della struttura il campo da tennis e la palestra (con un buon numero di macchinari professionali Technogym). Entrambi sono in uso comune, ma di libero accesso. Vi èanche una vasca idromassaggio esterna ed un barbeque. Da non dimenticare la gentilezza e la disponibilità di Gianluca, il proprietario. Al nostro arrivo ha pensato di farci trovare alcuni alimenti come frutta, latte, caffè e una tortina per la prima colazione. Inoltre: olio, sale, sapone, shampoo, bagnoschiuma, carta igienica e detergenti per la pulizia della casa. Infine, è sempre stato presente durante tutta la nostra permanenza chiedendoci se necessitassimo di altro. Persona davvero premurosa e gentile. Promosso a pieni voti!
