About this property

Our holiday home is located in Wemeldinge, on the most beautiful dive site in the Netherlands. In the villa park Oesterbaai, which is located directly behind the dike along the Oosterschelde, we have a 5-person holiday home that we rent out.

The house has a cozy living room with two 3-person sofas and doors opening onto a charming terrace, where you can enjoy breakfast outside in the summer. The spacious garden offers a lot of privacy. At the front of the house is a small terrace with a picnic table to enjoy an aperitif in the sun at the end of the day. The house is equipped with WiFi.

Villapark Oesterbaai is located on the edge of Wemeldinge, a characteristic Zeeland village, with a nice village center and a beautiful marina. Directly behind the dike is the oyster bay of the same name with a sandy beach, from where you have a wonderful view over the Oosterschelde and all the boats and yachts that sail there and where you can swim. Children can cycle and play to their heart's content at the villa park.

Numerous signposted, beautiful cycling routes have been plotted in the surrounding area. The pleasant shopping town of Goes is ten minutes away by car, but also other places such as Middelburg, Vlissingen (with its boulevard and southern beaches), and the tourist attraction Domburg with its artists' past are within easy reach. The Goese Golf, a beautiful 18-hole golf course, is 10 minutes from the holiday park.

Gutes Ferienhaus , ruhig gelegen

Soweit alles vorhanden, auch zum selbst kochen. Genügend Geschirr, kleiner Backofen sogar Spülmittel/Geschirrspültabs einige Gewürze vorhanden. Extrem kleines WC (nur unten) Bad ohne WC in der oberen Etage. Die Fenster könnten mal geputzt werden und die Spinnweben waren auch überall , da darf man nicht so genau hinschauen.Kommunikation mit Vermieter im Vorfeld war sehr gut. Für uns war es die richtige Unterkunft.

Ein paar schöne Tage

Wir waren ein paar Tage in Wemeldinge um zu entspannen. Das Haus bietet alles was man dafür braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto nicht weit entfernt. Toll was der eingezäunte Garten für unseren Hund. Leider ist die Toilette klein geraten und die Treppe nicht so leicht zu begehen wenn man etwas älter ist. Aber auch das lässt sich ein paar Tage sehr gut aushalten.

Entspricht nicht unseren Vorstellungen

Der Garten ist sehr schön und vielseitig und war dank des guten Wetters gut nutzbar. Im Haus stehen zu viele Dinge auf den Ablageflächen, so dass wenig eigene Sachen Platz finden. Leider waren die Fenster zu schmutzig, unser Stauballergiker hat sehr gelitten und Medikamente nehmen müssen. Ziemlich untragbar und gefährlich ist die Treppe runter zu gehen, besonders nachts zur Toilette. Außerdem hatte die einzige Treppe unten, im Bad oben gab es keine, weder ein Fenster noch eine Lüftung. Etwas lieblos zusammen gewüfeltes Kücheninventar mit etlichem defekten Geschirr. Für diesen Preis sollte man etwas deutlich besseres erwarten können. Weiter empfehlen kann ich diese Wohnung jedenfalls nicht.

Schoenen Urlaub

Wir haben zwei Wochen in dieser schoenen Gegend verbracht, super fuer Spaziergaenge mit unseren Hunde! Das Haus war sehr sauber und gemuetlich eingerichtet wir fuehlten uns richtig wohl. Liegt gut fuer Ausfluege in ganzen Zeeland und auch nord Belgien. Zu empfehlen!

Schönes Haus in guter Lage

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Haus war auch in diesem Jahr wieder sehr schön. Es ist sehr gut eingerichtet und man hat alles, was man braucht. Auch im Garten kann man sich sehr gut aufhalten. In der Siedlung sind viele andere Kinder, und der Spielplatz ist in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hauses.
