Magnificent old farmhouse completely renovated, located on a farm of 30. 000m2 planted with subtropics. It has magnificent views of the sea and the valley, ideal for rest while having its privileged location to know the area, just 500 meters. of the A7205 road, with a wide paved road to reach it.

Bright and flirty house, it consists of:
living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and with direct access to one of the porches and the pool area
two large bedrooms, the main one with direct access to the pool area and with views (from the bed) to the sea and the valley and the second bedroom with capacity for 5 people, with 3 beds of 90 cm. and with an original loft where a bed for two people is located. It has a bathroom with a large shower tray. The outdoor area is very wide, it is fully enclosed and consists of two wooden covered porches of 25 m2 each and an outdoor lawn area, 7 x 3 m pool. , great terrace-gazebo next to the pool and barbecue, also consists of an outside toilet next to the pool.

Relax y disfrute

Agradable casita para estar con la familia y donde los niños disfrutan. A la piscina le da el sol hasta el anochecer, por lo que los niños disfrutan más de ella y el agua se mantiene calentita.

Partylocation / Wohnung

Das Objekt wird als "Ganzes Haus" angeboten = das ist falsch. Es handelt sich um ein Wohnungsteil eines geteilten Hauses. Man wohnt Wand an Wand mit jeweiligen Nachbarn, jedes Wort/Musik ist zu verstehen, zwei Terrassen sind durch eine dünne Holztür getrennt, was für mindestens eine Partei die Nutzung dieser Terrasse unmöglich macht. Die zweite Haushälfte wird u.a. über das Portal "expedia" als Veranstaltungs- und Partylocation anbeboten + vermietet, was mittlerweile in Spanien gern gemacht wird. 3 x pro Woche kommen für 2/3 Tage Teams von Teenies und ältere Semester abfeiern: je nach Gusto Techno-Beats bis morgens um 6:00, oder über die Karaoke-Anlage der Wohnung 2 für knapp die gleiche Zeit der Versuch im Vollrausch spanische Traditionsmucke mitzugrölen. Das Ganze ist justiziabel und riecht nach Rückerstattung. Wir mußten mit sofortigem Auszug in ein feines Hotel drohen und dem ganzen Lametta hinterher. Nach vier bis fünf WhatsApp hat die gute Gastgeberin Rosa den Leuten mit der Polizei gedroht, 00:20h !, dann wars für ne Weile (etwas) moderater. Auch ich mußte bei neuen Gästen diese Drohung aussprechen, wär es nicht der vorletzte Tag gewesen, waren wir entschlossen, die Sache zum Streitfall zu machen. Rosa hat sich sehr gekümmert, das Objekt ist geschmackvoll und komfortabel eingerichtet. WLAN aber oft unbrauchbar. Flugplatz in 500m: am Weekend Luftbrückenfeeling. Aufgrund der Fakten nur ein Stern, der zweite ist für Rosa. Gesamtwertung = NICHT empfehlenswert.
