the immediate proximity of our little independent ground floor house (55 M2) of the Eurasanté park and the CHR U of Lille, is ideal for your business trips, or for travelers: metro Oscar Lambret at 300m, downtown by metro or by car at 10 mm. The house is very bright and you could have parking for a car in the grounds of the property.
We are a mixed couple of multicultural origin: Sharing and conviviality through meetings enrich us and nourish our dreams of escape through also your travels, as we live next door we are available when needed to make your pleasant stay.

Rugby in Lille

Joelle and Michel were fantastic hosts and the property was just as described. Being just a very short walk from the metro station the location is great to explore Lille. Accommodation was clean, airy and comfortable for the two of us. Coupled with secure car park within the property gates it was everything we needed for our short break in Lille. Thank you Joelle and Michel

Super property

We recently stayed at Lille Sud and were impressed by the cleanliness and location. The metro station is a short distance which made it convenient to reach the city center. The property was extremely clean and the neighborhood very quiet. What we appreciated most was the graciousness of our host and their advice and recommendations. When in the area we would stay again if the property were available.

Très bon point de départ pour la visite de la ville et sa région.

Agréable petite maison, tout confort. Stationnement dans la cour, transports en commun à moins de 8mn, centre commercial à 5mn en V.L. Aucune nuisance sonore, face avant sur avenue peu fréquentée, arrière sur jardins ouvriers. Propriétaires charmants ! Je recommande fortement. C'est très beau mais c'est loin, Carcassonne Lille 989km.
