About this property

In a beautiful little co-owned property completely renovated this winter, we rent our apartment located on the 2nd and last floor.
Completely renovated, air-conditioned and comprising: 2 bedrooms, one of which is upstairs, with its own shower room and TV. On the ground floor, a children's bedroom (bunk bed), a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen (LL, LV ...) and a living room with high ceilings. Wooden terrace with its sofa, plancha and tables and chairs and garden. Sea view and located less than 30 m from the canadel beach (two restaurants, the anchor and the famous tropicanna await you).

Gut ausgestattetes, strandnahes Appartement an wunderschöner Küste

Lage an wunderschöner Küste. In wenigen Schritten am Strand mit 2 Strandrestaurants; 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu einem empfehlenswerten Gartenrestaurant ("LE VINDEUX" - Atmosphäre, Küche, Service, Musik - alles toll). Appartement mit kompletter Ausstattung für Küche und Haushalt. Attraktive Terrasse mit Blick auf Küstenlandschaft und Bucht, am Nachmittag im Schatten gelegen und dadurch angenehmer, erholsamer Aufenthaltsort bei hohen Temperaturen. Den Deckenventilator im Wohnbereich und das Klimagerät im Schlafzimmer haben wir bei hohen Temperaturen sehr geschätzt. Sehr schnelle und positive Reaktionen des Vermieters auf unsere Fragen.
