Modern And Beautiful for Two - All Remodeled, New Furniture & Appliances

This Racquet Club Colony bungalow is almost 1,100 square feet, and completely remodeled from floor to ceiling. This condo is part of the Racquet Club, third and final phase of the legendary Racquet Club complex. Located adjacent to the RC Garden Villas and the legendary Racquet Club Hotel (under renovation).

The grounds are lush, and have a tropical atmosphere. Pool and spa are just steps away from this beautiful unit

Beautiful new kitchen, all stainless steel appliances. New furniture and all remodeled for a relaxing vacation.

This condo is quite large. It was built as two separate units which are now combined into one. This gives you a large living room and bedroom, and two bathrooms. You also have a separate office area, where you can work using the free WiFi and free long distance throughout the the USA and Canada.

There are two nice size private patios, one with the a BBQ, and the other with an intimate setting for relaxation.

The modern decor has all been updated and includes a 50' flat panel TV in the living room and a 46' flat panel TV in the bedroom.

The spacious bedroom includes all new furniture, a California King bed and nice linens to enjoy during your stay. There is also a small office off of the bedroom, the 'green room' to work or looking to see what's happening in Palm Springs on the computer.

This condo is really special. The intimate ground and lush foliage make you feel like you are on a true vacation. The mountain views from the front patio are really quite nice and relaxing.

Wonderful Stay in Palm Springs

The unit had plenty of room, a fully equipped kitchen and a very pleasant feel about the unit. The location was perfect. The owner showed us the unit and explained everything that we needed to know. We slept very well during our 3 nights there. We highly recommend staying at this unit.

Quiet and spacious place in Palm Springs

Spacious condo. Modern.

Unit was very spacious for two people. Bed was clean and comfortable. When checking in we had to clean all surfaces especially the floors. Had to use two wet stiffer mops and they were black with grime. Bathroom sinks, mirrors, and tub shower were never cleaned before we checked in.Both toilets were loose from floor. There was previous guests hair in both tub showers. Gross. Close access to pool and hot tub.Which was convenient Owner needs to hire a better cleaning service. Would have given better rating if unit had been cleaner and plumbing issues repaired.

Great location

This house is located in the best spot. I swear we weren’t more than 10 minutes from anything. Very comfy bed and pillows. I know people comment on the noise from the traffic, and that is a thing but the sound machine that is provided takes care of it. Very cute and updated. Fully stocked with anything you could need and Herta was so nice and helpful!

For many years we lived in Europe and India. My wife is from Germany and speaks German, English and French. We very much enjoy meeting new people.

Why they chose this property

The complex is really quite special, relaxing and intimate. Racquet Club Colony is adjacent to all our Racquet Club named properties and makes for a great central location. It has the qualities for a great stay, long or short term.
