Welcome to this large and relaxing condominium in Incline Village. Its location provides easy access to all summer and winter outdoor activities. Enjoy a home cook meal on the deck or visit one of the town’s fine restaurants. Incline Village offers a wide variety of casual and fine dinning restaurants, live entertainment, and gaming at the local casinos, Hyatt Regency and Crystal Bay Casino.
In the winter time this condo offers easy access to all ski areas. Arrive at Diamond Peak is just 5 minutes, which is wonderful for all ages, drive to Mt. Rose 15 minutes, while the Northstar, Squaw Valley, and Alpine Meadows is only 30 minutes away. You can travel to Heavenly in So. Lake Tahoe in 45 minutes.
This is a specious two-story unit with 2-bedroom, 1 ½ baths to accommodate two couples or a family of four. This condo get-away has been updated with Blue-Ray DVD player and 2 50’’ Smart TV with access to Netflix and WiFi. Sip up Mimosas on a large deck, fire up the grill, and enjoy the beauty of Tahoe pines.
Holidays booking information-
There is no check-in or check-out on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year Day. Our cleaning company works hard during the year to serve all our guests and we want to give them the opportunity to spend time with their family and create memories that will last forever.
If you book a reservation with a check-in date on these holiday days, we will contact this platform to request a cancelation of reservation.

Nice condo, but unit and complex does NOT have a hot tub as described on the listing. Also, the space is nice and clean but kitchen is sparsely furnished, with only one wine glass and a couple of pans. We reached out to the owner/property manager who indicated she thought that was adequate and seemed unaware that this listing is on Expedia. She was also not apologetic at all for the fact the listing shows a hot tub when there is none. Otherwise a very good option for 4 people who don't mind sharing beds and having a small table for meals.

Two Nights in Tahoe

The unit is lovely, perfect for a couple or two couples. Excellent kitchen and supplies, comfortable master bed, lots of room, good location. One reservation is the claim that it's "close to the beach"; a "short drive to the beach" is more accurate. And there is a fee to enter most of the Lake Tahoe, NV beaches (while those in Lake Tahoe, CA, a 10-minute drive away, are open to the public for no fee). Still, overall, and especially if going to the beach is not a key feature of your visit, a 5-star experience.

Perfect cabin for a ski weekend!

Vanda was an amazing accommodating host! She let us check in early and was so understanding when Sunday came around and offered us a late check out (storm/highways closed) with the option to extend if possible at the last minute. She was able to make our trip a lot more at ease knowing we had options in case we were stuck. The cabin was very clean and the beds were super comfy. Directions were easy to follow and communication were easy. Perfect size for a group of 4. Especially liked the living room layout as we were stuck inside a lot due to weather so it made movie watching optimal!
