Beppe's vegetable garden, just 2 km away. from the center of Lucca, it is a rustic house with an adjoining private swimming pool and spa for exclusive use.
For each reservation, exclusivity is guaranteed, you will not have to share your spaces with any other guest.
- Sleeps 5, available all year round, made up of kitchen, bedroom with double bed and single bed in the mezzanine, sofa bed in the living room, bathroom with shower, porch facing the swimming pool, air conditioning.
- further 5 beds, available only in the months of July and August, located on the first floor of a rustic building, consisting of a large living room with dining room and kitchen, two bedrooms, dressing room and bathroom, air conditioning.
In the private garden there is an unheated 10X5 swimming pool, changing room/bathroom, SPA with Jacuzzi, sauna and emotional shower.

L'Orto di Beppe is located between the charming walled city of Lucca and the sea of nearby Versilia. It is connected to the Firenze-Mare and Genova-Livorno motorways, whose toll booths are just two kilometers away.
A few tens of meters along via Sarzanese, there are bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, pizzerias, restaurants and wine bars.
The historic center of Lucca is two kilometers away, a quarter of an hour on foot, five minutes by bike.
An unforgettable tour of Mura (4.2 km) by bicycle should not be missed and in two minutes you will reach the riverfront in the Serchio river park, where you can take a track reserved for pedestrians and bicycles on both banks, in the green.

Perfekt boende!

Vi har bott på flera ställen i Toscana de senaste åren, och detta är hittills det bästa. Perfekt då du vill ta det lugnt och vara för er själva, men även närhet till restauranger, liv och rörelse. Huset var över förväntan, bättre än beskrivningen. Vi nyttjade endast spaet vid ett tillfälle, underbart! Stort plus för cyklarna, det gjorde att bilen fick stå flera dagar då vi utforskade omgivningen på cykel. Tips att cykla både nedströms och uppströms efter floden. Vingårdar finns även på cykelavstånd. Till havet tog vi bilen, ca 30 min bort. Bra och värdefulla tips av Annalisa, som hela tiden fanns till hands om vi ville ha hjälp. Värdparet bor precis bredvid, men är mycket trevliga och diskreta! Vi kommer gärna tillbaka! Therese och Per

Ein kleines Paradies

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit eigenem Pool, Sauna und sehr gepflegtem Garten. Kontakt bereits am Tag der Anreise per WhatsApp. Freundlicher Empfang durch den Besitzer und ein kleiner Imbiss mit einer Flasche gekühltem Wein zur Begrüßung sowie Wasser und Cola im Kühlschrank. Pool wird täglich am Morgen vom Eigentümer gereinigt. Viele tolle Tipps und Infos von Annalisa (sie spricht deutsch), die auch immer per WhatsApp erreichbar war. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und die Ruhe sehr genossen. Vielen lieben Dank an Alessia und Stefano, dass wir unseren Urlaub in eurem kleinen Paradies verbringen konnten. Und nochmals ein herzliches Dankeschön an Annalisa für die liebevolle Betreuung.

Perfect location and amazing property

We had a totally amazing time in Lucca staying at Stefano's property. The welcome was lovely, with a little meat and cheese board welcoming us. The kitchen was superbly stocked with all the equipment you'd need. The bed was really comfy and the upstairs shower room was very boutique. We didn't use the spa area as the weather was so hot and we were in the pool so much, but it looked really professional and fun. We used the bikes a couple of days to cycle in to Lucca, both along the river and also along the wide cycle path that runs alongside the road. We discovered an amazing supermarket about 5 minutes walk away, the Coop, fresh vegetables, fish, and meat, and so many different types of pasta. Amazing. We would definitely recommend this property. Oh, and how can I forget the wonderful Annalisa who helped us get a taxi back to Pisa airport, she was so helpful and friendly.

Wunderschön

Wir verbringen schon Jahre unseren Urlaub in Italien. Noch nie haben wir ein so schön gepflegtes Haus gehabt. Stefano hat jeden Morgen den Pool gereinigt und sich um den Garten gekümmert. Eine Aussendusche mit warmen Wasser und eine Toilette haben dafür gesorgt, dass unsere Kinder nicht immer nass ins Haus mussten. Alles sehr gepflegt. Das Haus ist relativ klein, aber perfekt für uns als Familie mit drei Kindern. Auch hier ist alles sehr gepflegt und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Es sind zb Seife, Duschgel und sogar Spülmaschinentabs vorhanden. Es gibt schönes Geschirr und sogar richtige Wein und Biergläser (vielleicht nicht für jeden wichtig, aber für uns sind es die Kleinigkeiten die den Urlaub noch schöner machen). Wir wurden zudem mit Häppchen und gekühlten Getränken empfangen, vielen lieben Dank hierfür. Auf Frage ob wir Fahrräder möchten, verneinten wir zuerst, da wir dachten es gäbe kein Kinderfahrrad- aber sogar das wurde besorgt und somit sind wir abends problemlos auf dem Fahrradweg nach Lucca zum Abendessen! Die Pizza am Eck, hatte leider Urlaub in unserer Woche. Wir haben die Pinseria ausprobiert und waren begeistert. Hier kann man das Essen auch problemlos abholen und auf der Terrasse genießen. Annalisa (betreuende Agentur) spricht sehr gut deutsch, war immer erreichbar und war wirklich total lieb und bemüht, auch hierfür danke! Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!!
