This updated 2 story farmhouse-style home features 4 upstairs bedrooms, all with Queen beds and memory foam mattresses. An additional downstairs living/bedroom features original built-in bookcases and a queen-size sleeper sofa. The house includes 2 full bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a full kitchen with dishwasher, cable tv, and clothing washer and dryer. A two-side wraparound porch offers stunning views of both New Harbor and the Atlantic Ocean. Just steps from State Beach and Scotch Beach, the house is only a mile and a half from the shops, restaurants, bars, and ferry port of Old Harbor. Rental fee includes all bedding, bath towels, and beach towels. During the months of July-September, this property rents from Saturday to Saturday (shorter stays will be considered but dates must fall between Saturdays.)

Fall Island Getaway

We had a relaxing long weekend at the Block Island house. Excellent location with great views of both sunrise and sunset. Very comfortable and clean accommodations. Hunter, our golden retriever enjoyed the large property to roam around. Would come back.

Scenic gem

Historic home has best views of the Island. This excellent central location has plenty of space for multiple families and is walkable to ocean beaches. Owner was a pleasure and made our stay easy.

So great that we are booking next year!

We could not be happier with our stay! You absolutely can not beat the location and views this house has to offer. The host was very quick to respond to every question. New fridge, well stocked kitchen, super easy check-in check-out. The mattresses were cozy. The porch and yard are the best places to hang out! Thank you again for everything and we’ll be back next September! ♥️

Perfect location

Beautiful home with picturesque views from all sides. The host responds immediately to any questions. I would stay here again. 3 minute walk to beach

Spectacular View

Had a relaxing week. Enjoyed watching the beautiful sunrise/sunsets everyday. Very comfortable accommodations. Had everything we needed. Owners very responsive to any questions. Would recommend staying here.
