Beautiful Executive Suite with floor to ceiling windows, Spacious deck with seating for four , The accommodations sleep five people , Steps to downtown Bernard via a short walk through the bird sanctuary and board walk along the water or along water street.

Waterscapes is beautiful lakeside community in the heart of downtown Kelowna. Enjoy vacationing in a first class facility with stunning amenities all within a short walk to the beach. A great place to stay and play just minutes from over 60 restaurants, Prospera Place, Lakeside Casino, the wine museum, the Kelowna Community Theatre, the Yacht Club and much more.

The resort features a 4000 sq foot amenity center with swimming pool , Two hot tubs, fitness and yoga center, putting green, billiards room and a library.

All Contemporary and high end Décor, The Master bedroom features a Queen size canopy bed with ensuite bath with soaker tub and separate shower . The second bedroom also has a Queen size bed. The living room area has a 45 inch flat screen, Wifi , Netflix and a Bose stereo compatible with a smart phone . The second three piece washroom has a shower only. We are in the Skye tower third floor facing sunset drive over the water feature. Easy two flights up or down to avoid the elevator.

There is a $500 damage deposit required on reservations through VRBO that is refunded 7 days after departure. There is also $95 cleaning fee for every booking. **** Check in is after 4 pm, check out is 10 am , We can accommodate an earlier check in or later check out only if we do not have a check out/in the same day

Fabulous Accommodations

Amazing condo, view is beautiful well appointed kitchen. Great location, walking distance to bars, restaurants and the lakefront. Condo is very clean, great security, friendly residents and Tuk is a gem to deal with. Very accommodating and kind. Our stay was 2 weeks and we will be definitely returning. Ward

Beautiful condo, wonderful host!

This is a beautiful condo and we very much enjoyed our stay there. The condo is immaculate and the kitchen is very well stocked for preparing meals. The beds are deliciously comfortable and cosy, so much so that it was hard to get out of bed. There are plenty of towels for daily use as well as for the pool. Skye Waterscapes is a very, very secure building. Getting in and out of the building and the parkade gave us great peace of mind. The pool area is lovely with a good sized pool, two hot tubs and lots of lounge chairs. The owner of the condo is very easy to contact and he responded quickly to our messages. We would highly recommend this condo in Kelowna. We have used VRBO on many occasions over the years, but, this condo is by far one of our favourites. If given the opportunity, we will definitely return again. Definitely 5 star!
