Enjoy amazing sunset views over the Gulf from our private balcony, tile and wood floors throughout, granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms.

Perfect location

The condo was located on the 3rd floor so had a great ocean view but also easy access to parking lot and shops.

Great location

This condo is in the best location. The rental comes with free chairs and one umbrella. Make sure you wake up early your first day there and reserve yours. They give it to you for the entire stay. The only bad thing I would say is the guest bed is broken. The headboard hit the wall anytime you moved. The bunk room is way smaller than it shows in the pic. I brought two teen girls so my daughter just put her suitcase in the big laundry room. The owner was extremely kind and answered my call when I got mixed up trying to get into the room. Again this location was so good that anything negative was completely overlooked. Thank you for letting us rent it for the week.

Little disappointed but a Good time

When we arrived we found the condo wasn’t stocked with what was to be the bare minimum of things. Such as dish cloths, dish towels (we had to purchase our own), barely any utensils at all to cook with, the couple of pieces of cookware that was there was peeling the Teflon coating (had to buy a skillet), just had a couple of forks, spoons, so we ended up buying plastic. I didn’t know I was gonna have to stock the kitchen essentials just to cook a few meals. We brought our own towels and wash cloths or we wouldn’t have had enough of them either. We ended up enjoying our girls trip but for 7 days the price was (over 4200$) and what we had to purchase ourselves we won’t rent again.

Exceptional Condo

We really enjoyed this condo. It was exceptionally clean and had all the necessities needed for the trip. The balcony overlooked the pool and beach which also presented a great view for sunsets. Easy walking distance to Peer Park. Owners where great to work with! Would rent again!

My name is Nichole Farr and I am the property manager for Mark and Karin who own this rental. They have 3 grown kids, a 10 -year old grand daughter and a 5- year old grandson. Our family uses this condo so we have furnished it with nicer furnishings than just a rental condo. We have tried to make it real nice inside.

Why they chose this property

We have been vacationing at panama city beach forever. I Bought this condo so we would always be able to vacation here. Since it is next to Pier Park and extremely close to the ECP Airport it makes everything easy. You don't have to pack up the car for anything, its right here within walking distance.

What makes this property unique

Directly across the street from Pier Park with over 1MM sq foot of restaurants, concerts, entertainment, boutiques, even an amusement park. Best location on the emerald coast.
