It is an ancient renovated aesthetic building. The flat is reached by extremely comfortable and wide marbled straight stairs at the third floor. There is a small marbled court in front of the flat entrance. There are big windows with plenty of day light. It is very cosy and comfortable. The flat has a modern American kitchen and bar, AC unit and heated by natural gas heater (kombi),
Also, there is a big common terrasse with BBQ. One can sit and enjoy
around the tables. Free internet and guard /house keeper is available at the building on 24 hour basis.
The building is about 6 minutes walk to Taksim Square heart of city where metro, busses, shared cabs and taxis are available. Also, Museums, art galeries; shopping centers, restaurants, cafes and entertainment are all near by.

Wohnung mit schöner Terrasse in zentraler Lage

Die FeWo ist ca. 10 min zu Fuß vom Taksim entfernt, zentral gelegen, aber nicht in der Partymeile und damit nachts ruhig. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Bemerkenswert ist die schöne Terrasse.

This building is an ancient aesthetic Greek Building. I bought it and renovated. It is one of the nicest building in the area.
