The main level has a brand new kitchen for entertaining and fully equipped for ease of cooking, with an 8-foot granite bar for five and a dining table that can seat 8-10 for dinner or games. Sink into a large, comfortable sectional and warm your feet in front of the stone pellet stove, while watching the 42" flat-screen mounted above. Take advantage of the sound docking station that provides music. There is a landline for long-distance and local calls, sorry no international. Three additional 32" flat-screens are wall-mounted in each of the bedrooms on the first floor.

The Mammoth Sierra Townhome sleeps 9 comfortably with a master suite harboring a king bed, the two additional suites have queen beds, and lastly, three twin beds are in the loft area. All bedding and furniture are brand new and inviting after a long day on Mammoth Mountain. Designer colors and new carpeting make this townhome warm and luxurious. Recessed lighting and wall sconces allow for reading in bed.

Hairdryers, boot warmers, alarm clocks and luggage racks in each suite. Boot tray and ski/snowboard rack are located in the front entry. Large closets with dressers and a new washer and dryer. There will be no shortage of hot water for the 4 bathrooms in this townhome with its new water heater! If you brought an infant or toddler, there is a pack 'n' play for sleeping, booster/high chair for feeding and a portable gate for the living room stairs. The balcony, with wood storage, off the living room is a great place to view sunrises, sunsets, and a beautiful star-filled night sky.

You'll never have to drive once you arrive. The townhome is centrally located. Out front, there is a shuttle stop to Eagle Lodge (5-minute ride) and also one to The Village, Canyon Lodge and Main Lodge (15-20 minute ride). Vons, a movie theater, shops, rentals, and restaurants are across the street. There are two parking spaces in front of the unit. The snow accumulation from the complex makes for your own backyard sledding hill or snowman making factory just outside.

In the summertime, fishing in Mammoth Lakes is a great experience with Horseshoe Lake located just outside of town in the Mammoth Lakes basin; it is one of many lakes to enjoy a day of fishing. While visiting Mammoth, make a day trip (or a few). Visit Bodie State Historic Park, a genuine California gold-mining ghost town, Mono Lake, and the scenic June Lake Loop. Yosemite National Park is one of the world's most spectacular natural wonders, located 45 minutes north of Mammoth Lakes. Experience everything Mammoth has to offer, Devils Postpile National Monument is 13 miles away.
Mammoth Sierra Townhomes also has two outdoor hot tubs, sauna and a heated pool for guest use. The pool is open from May to the middle of September.
