This apartment is new and modern, with a stunning sea view. It is located in the center of Costa da Caparica, facing the beach. Here you will have everything you need to spend incredible days, in comfort, full kitchen to prepare your meals, exclusivity and a lot of security, as well as a parking space in the building for those traveling by car. Next to the condominium, you will find all kinds of diversity, such as beaches, bars, restaurants, police and the train departing from the center of Costa da Caparica, close to Barbas beach, in front of the Caparica Oceano shopping center, and ended at Rivieira beach, a journey of less than four kilometers, but which was already an important advance, as it allowed access to a set of beaches that were little or not used at the time.

Perfect

Apartment is perfect, location next to small shopping road with small shops, cafes and restaurants. From the balcony you see the ocean and most beautiful sunsets. Sun shines to balcony from 4 pm to sunset. Bus stop is almost front of the house but traffic noise didn't bother at night when doors were closed. When we arrived to apartment at night 11.30pm Mike was there waiting for us and showed around the apartment. Communication thru mails was fluent. I really recommend this apartment for a perfect holiday.

Location ist sehr zentral in Caparica und direkt am Strand. Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Der Besitzer Mike war bei Schlüsselübergabe und Abgabe sehr aufmerksam (hat mich sogar kostenlos nach Lissabon mit dem Auto mitgenommen). Insgesamt sehr gut.
