Stay in Newry

Good location can walk to city center.Tesco next door. Bed lumpy, just washer no dryer. Sofa sags had to put pillow under cushion. Had to wash trash can out as had food stuck to it from previous occupants. I threw towels in washer before we left was heating my tea up in microwave as cleaning a bit, forgot it in microwave.

No electricity when we arrived. The owner finally arrived after an hour. 'We were on holiday.' Really? We are.. Major update needed in the description. Very busy road in front of "apartment." Very noisy. Double glazing needed. Poor sleep. Steep steps up to "apartment."

The location was perfect. Easy walk to the stores and downtown restaurants. It was very nice to have a washer and drying rack. I like to cook and would have liked at least one sharp knife. But overall we had most everything we needed. The best thing is that the owners were so helpful! They went out of their way to make our stay perfect! We were researching our Irish family and Maureen and Terry set up appointments for us with the very people that had the answers we were looking for. I will be forever grateful to both of them. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay!
