- If guest booking the reservation is not on the property the ENTIRE rental time there will be immediate eviction, no refund and lose of deposit
- agreeing to this rule states you have read the sample rental agreement. An official rental agreement with rental dates will be sent after reservation

Why Maureen Vavlas chose Eastside Santa Cruz
Even though we only live 25 minutes from the property we feel like we are on vacation whenever we go to Santa Cruz. The stress and traffic of Silicon Valley makes coming to Santa Cruz so relaxing. We had been looking for a vacation rental for over 3 years as we needed a downstairs bed and bath and an open floor plan for our son who uses a wheelchair. We also wanted to be close to a beach with no stairs so we could easily get him to the beach. 420 9th Ave. met and exceeded our needs.

We loved the quiet street, the cement floors and counter tops and the wheelchair friendliness of the home.
