The property is surrounded by a garden, full of flowers, plants, pines and Mediterranean scrub. The swimming pool awaits you for a relaxing afternoon after discovering all the treasures of this enchanted island.

The Villa is located on two levels, communicating through an external staircase. It is composed of 6 bedrooms. In the upper part of the villa there are 3 bedrooms (one with private bathroom), 2 and a half bathrooms (two bathrooms with shower), kitchen, living room - dining room, and a beautiful terrace, perfect for meals. The other level consists of 3 bedrooms (one double, one with 2 single beds, one with a single bed and an armchair bed), 2 bathrooms with shower, kitchen and lounge / dining room.

We are at 3 minutes of quiet walk from one of the ancient villas of Tiberius. The property is located a few meters from a bus stop along the Anacapri-Grotta Azzurra section, both easily reachable on foot.
