Cosy cottage
Good base for exploring the area you can go up into the glens or down to the coast easily enough by car. Cottage is on a quiet street and there is a handy shop at the top of the road. Had everything you need and was warm and comfortable.

Lovely cottage on a quiet street, very close to an excellent playpark.
Lovely cottage on a quiet street, very close to an excellent playpark. Shops, good restaurants and pub very close too. The cottage is much more spacious than the pictures suggest, and though the double bed is on a gallery it feels like a separate room. Well equipped, comfortable and quirky. The Cottage is very comfortable and well equipped.
The Cottage is very comfortable and well equipped. We stayed with our 3 grandchildren aged 8, 12 and 14 and had a great time. We visited Glen Clova and walked Glen Doll which was beautiful and not too difficult. St. Andrews which is well worth a visit, very interesting and also has a good beach. We drove to Montrose and then onto Arbroath about halfway between Montrose and Arbroath there is a beautiful bay called Lucan with a long sandy beach which was great fun and the boys had a swim. When we got to Arbroath we had an Arbroath Smokie and also some hot smoked Salmon which was very good. Great fish and would definitely recommend it. We also had a day in Edinburgh as the Festival was on which was amazing and a great atmosphere. The cottage is in an ideal location with plenty of local amenities close by and from Kirriemuir it is easy to get to most places and the roads are mainly very quiet. Would certainly recommend it.
