Spend your next beach vacation in Maravilla 1306 and enjoy three spacious bedrooms just a short stroll to the beach! The master bedroom offers a king size bed and an adjoined master bath. The second bedroom also offers a king size bed, and the third bedroom contains bunkbeds. You will also find a sofa sleeper in the living room. This vacation rental condo can easily accommodate up to eight guests!

Just a short walk and you can be on the pristine beaches of Destin. As an added bonus, this vacation rental condo comes with complimentary seasonal beach service including 2 chairs and 1 umbrella setup on the beach daily for your use. Seasonal beach service begins March 1st and ends October 31st. Spend your next vacation relaxing on the sugar white sands and sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico!

Maravilla is a 33 acre beach front community with 500 feet of deeded beach access. The community has gated access from US 98 and Scenic Gulf Drive. Other community features are two pools (one heated seasonally), hot tub, clubhouse with kitchen and community room, fitness room, association management on site, two tennis courts, Basketball, shuffleboard, and direct beach access to the beach and gulf. Maravilla is perfectly located to the best shopping, dining, and entertaining on the Emerald Coast.
*Please note Maravilla's HOA does not allow: Boats, RVs, campers, wave runners, trailers, semi-tractors, rental golf carts, buses, 2-3 wheel scooters, mopeds, e-scooters, or e-skateboards.

*Please note peak seasons may require 6-7 night stays, otherwise, a 3 night minimum year-round.

Great place, close to beach

We enjoyed our stay, good views-great beach access. Nice to have a private beach and a pool as well.

Great Customer Service

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great month at Maravilla. We've stayed in the complex 2 previous years in different units and this was enjoyable as well. We had an issue with some items we inadvertantly left behind and the Glass Casa staff was incredible in helping us get them back.
