There is a delightful outdoor space for sitting-out on warm summer evenings, plenty of parking and the bus stop and train station are both close by. Knaresborough is full of surprises with a warren of medieval streets and stone stairs that weave their way up and down the hill. The town centre is perched on the cliffs above the River Nidd, and at the base of the cliff the riverside promenade is a great place to enjoy an ice cream or step aboard a rowing boat. The Beryl Burton Cycle Way is a Sustrans route, allowing cyclists to ride to Harrogate and Ripley by traffic free routes.
The Annexe provides a perfect base from which to explore the elegant spa town of Harrogate, 4 miles away, with its Royal Pump Museum and restored Turkish baths and famous Betty’s tea rooms. The walled city of York is just half an hour by train or car, and is packed with attractions, including the iconic minster and Jorvik Centre, theatres, art galleries and festivals. This is a light, airy, spacious annexe, clearly built as a home and therefore great as a temporary home. There is nothing that needs any improvement! Even the buses are good - every 7 minutes to Harrogate during the day, and run late into the night. I recommend it wholeheartedly. Thank you so much

Cosy apartment
Lovely clean and bright property. Everything we needed was there. Nice touches like welcome pack which was unexpected. Plenty of room to park our van. The apartment was really warm as the weather was extremely cold. Welcoming and funny owners . Would stay again
