Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Logs for wood burner available locally. Shared laundry room with washing machine. Enclosed lawned garden with patio, terrace, small orchard and garden furniture. On road parking. No smoking. Please note: The stairs at the property are steep and there are uneven surfaces in the garden, therefore the cottage is not deemed suitable for guests with restricted mobility or wheelchairs. There is a fenced beck in the grounds. . Woodburn Cottage is located in the quaint village of Kirkby-in-Furness, which is nestled in the south Lakeland District. This mid-terraced property is in the perfect location to visit Dalton, which has spectacular views of the Duddon Estuary. Ideally situated for guests looking to relax in a quiet location, but close enough to visit many areas of the Lake District and after a hard day of enjoying yourselves you can sit back and relax in the beautiful garden. You are not far from Lake Coniston and also up on the coast road is Ravenglass, which is the start of the La’al Ratty, a miniature railway that will take you up 7 miles to the village of Boot offering great views. It is only 15 minutes to Ulverston over the fells with fantastic views from the steep fell road. You can also visit Muncaster Castle and its fabulous gardens. Beach 2 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 550 yards.

Very good
Recently burn cottage on Arrival we received a welcome pack (bread butter milk eggs and a bottle of wine) much appreciated cottage was perfect for visiting family in near buy village. This is a pet friendly cottage but is kept clean and tidy. King size bed was very comfortable will book again
