Please note: There is a natural water supply from borehole. . A stand alone lodge, adjacent to the owner’s home, overlooking the magnificent Shropshire and Powys county borderlands. The lodge is located on farmland in a central location for easy access to the historic town of Shrewsbury with its great shopping, theatre, bars and river cruises. Walkers and nature lovers can enjoy the peacefulness of this fabulous position, whilst knowing the Stiperstones National Nature Reserve, Long Mynd with its glider centre and Carding Mill Valley are close at hand. Both Powys Castle and Attingham Park (NT) are nearby and Ironbridge Gorge Museums, Ludlow Castle and racecourse, and Montgomery Castle are a short drive. Shop, pub and restaurant 5 miles.

Lovely location

A bit of a challenge to find, but worth it. Beautiful view, and a superb cabin. Friendly owner with nice farm.

We loved our stay at Callow Lodge, the views were beautiful and our children loved the resident animals! Remote location but this made it very tranquil. Historic Shrewsbury under half hour away and lots of walks nearby. Large garden which our dog and children enjoyed running around in! Owners very welcoming. We’d like to return .
