Housekeeping fees are mandatory and are as follows:

If you request cleanings during your stay the fee is $95 plus tax each clean.
If you receive cleanings during your stay the checkout housekeeping fee will still apply.

Cancellations or requests for date changes made less than 60 days are not eligible for any refund, travel credits or date change. There are no exceptions.

Great Rental!

Beautiful location with lots of amenities. Listing was exactly as advertised. Communication with host was excellent. Great value for the rental. We had a wonderful trip and would highly recommend!

Could’ve been so much better

Nice apt, communication with the hotel and housekeeping wasn’t the greatest and the hall wasn’t cleaned often. The elevator situation was a nightmare at times which led us to taking the stairs a couple of times from 12th floor

Amazing girls trip

Three of us ladies enjoyed a fabulous time celebrating our 50th birthday in Miami. This place was exactly as advertised and the views from both balconies are amazing. Two of us comfortably share the king bed, and our third friend slept on the pull out couch, which was comfortable as well. Having two full bathrooms was amazing and made it easy To all get ready at the same time. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony and playing cards out there at night. There was more than enough space for us to hang out in the unit. The service at the resort was great and it was incredible to have access to everything included with our room. I would highly recommend!
