Great location and hospitable owners

The location was exactly what I hoped for and the owners were fantastic to work with. Really the only downside was not having a washer/dryer onsite and a smaller fridge only (no freezer), but for a short term rental is was easy enough to work around both of those items. Highly recommend the property.

Great location!

This rental was exactly as advertised. The neighborhood was beautiful and the unit had everything we could need. We would stay here again anytime we are in Memphis.

Perfect accommodations for two!

It was perfect for our daughter and daughter-in-law. We were down the street at the Magnolia House which was a seven minute walk for the girls. We had a family emergency. The host and hostess allowed my sister-in-law to stay in the apartment (after the girls left) for two nights while her husband had surgery.
