Kleines, aber schönes Apartment in guter Lage im Studentenviertel. Unkomplizierter Kontakt. Was uns fehlte war ein Balkon (da haben WIR nicht aufgepasst). Sonst schöner Aufenthalt.

The apartment is located in the historic center of the city of Perugia. The city is rooted in medieval history, and since we were born here, we have always thought of living in a fantastic place. This led us to buy a beautiful apartment, on the top floor of a historic building, overlooking the rooftops of our city.

What makes this property unique

The element that made us fall in love, were the beautiful views that you can admire, the view especially at sunset makes the place charming and dawn wake up enraptured by the view of the roofs of the old town, gave us a very pleasant feeling.Even the structure, composed of wooden beams, which after the restoration have returned to the spelndore of the past was one of the key elements that led us to buy this location.
