This 5 Bedroom 4+ Bathroom, 2265 Sq.Ft. home with private, south facing pool is perfectly located, just minutes to Walt Disney World located within Windsor at Westside. This gated 5-star resort is packed with amenities and entertainment for the whole family.

The spacious accommodation is arranged over two floors.

The ground floor features a central family room with a fireplace, 65" smart TV, a Queen Sleeper Sofa, and dining for 6 at the table and 4 at the counter. State-of-the-art, fully equipped kitchen with fun extras like a Keurig (bring your favorite brew), popcorn maker, waffle iron, griddle for pancakes and much more.

There is a Queen Suite located on the ground floor with a 32" Smart TV.

Upstairs, you will find a King Master Suite with a 48" Smart TV, a Queen Suite with a 32" Smart TV, a Mickey Mouse Themed Twin Bedroom with 32" Smart TV, a Star War's Themed bedroom with bunk beds (full/twin) with a 32" Smart TV.

The upstairs bedrooms are arranged around a central loft/recreation area, featuring a 55" smart TV, Play Station 4 game system and another Queen sleeper sofa.

Premium sheets and fluffy towels are provided. Pool towels are also provided.

The home offers complimentary WiFi and free calling to the USA and Canada.

This home has everything you will need for your little ones. Baby gates for the stairs, high chair, stroller, pack-n-play, sippy cups, bowls, spoons.

Outside, at your private pool, enjoy a relaxing conversation, a swim, or just the south-facing pool. Heat can be purchased in the cooler months and a BBQ can be rented.

The main clubhouse has many amenities. The beautiful pool, lazy river, cafe/bar (my favorite), and a little store to purchase milk and bread. The game room, playground, basketball court, soccer field, and volleyball are all a short walk away.

This townhouse is a corner unit which makes it close enough to all the clubhouse action but far enough away not to hear all the noise from the clubhouse. There is a grassy area for your little ones to play.

Great place to stay

We loved the 5 bedroom townhouse. It was clean, spacious and having our own pool was great. Kathy checked on us, made arrival and departure so easy. The lazy River at the resort pool was awesome. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall very nice, but parking is a hassle

you can fit one car comfortably, but a second car can be an issue. We had 2 mid sized SUVs, and we had to tetris them around to fit both in the driveway. Other than that everything was fine

Relaxation

We had a wonderful stay, having the private pool was a game changer! The house is beautifully maintained, location is easy and convent to Disney. Our children loved the clubhouse and all the extras. Communication with the owner and getting our questions answered was very easy, thank you for a great stay.

Great for a family Disney stay

We were in town for the Disney marathon weekend and were staying for a week. We had a great stay! Compared to other properties we have stayed at in the same area it seemed to have nicer/newer carpeting and overall nicer finishes. The pool at the townhouse is small but is great for littler kids or to take just a quick dip. Townhouse is close enough to walk to the resort pool (just a couple minute walk). The resort pool is heated and is great for kids (lazy river and slides). It is a little bit of a drive to Disney but is manageable. It is very close to grocery stores and other restaurants. There are only two things that I think could have made it any better. First, would be to have a little more on the kitchen supplies front (there is just one small cookie sheet for example). Since we were not doing any major cooking it was not a major issue. Second, the game room was pretty sparse compared to others we have stayed and, the air hockey table was missing the paddles and there wasn’t a lot else in there. Outside of those two things were as a great property and value and would stay again.

Awesome week

This home was perfect for our family. It had plenty of room to all enjoy the holiday together. Everything we needed was provided and communication was very good keading up to checking in.
