Avoir un contrat de location détaillé : un sacré plus Une vidéo disponible avant le séjour montre exactement l appartement que nous avons loué De la documentation importante dans le séjour pour toutes les visites La propriétaire toujours présente pour nous répondre pas messages pour toutes nos demandes et bonnes adresses locales Un appartement très propre à l'arrivée. Beaucoup de vaisselle : c est appréciable Bien sur un lave vaisselle ! rien ne manque dans cet appartement Mobilier récent et bon état Toutes les fenêtres sont jardin donc vue sympa Le voisin de palier est charmant est prêt à donner ses codes wifi Bien sur c'est immeuble ancien, mais rien n'est caché dans le texte Nous sommes très contents de notre location Bon rapport qualité prix à notre sens Nous avions un budget à respecter et ce prix bas nous a permis de faire des extras en ville Place Louis 12 le soir Nous recommandons

Assez bon séjour

Nous avons apprécié la ville de Blois avec son château et son quartier historique. En revanche la location est un peu éloignée du centre ville (environ deux kilomètres à pied). L'apparence de l'immeuble est vétuste, en revanche l'intérieur est bien rénové. Les cloisons sont cependant fines et on entend assez bien les bruits du couloir.

Bon rapport qualité prix

Appartement propre et bien aménagé conforme a la description avec tout ce qu'il faut pour la cuisine Immeuble un peu dégradé mais appartement impeccable et tout prêt du centre ville et d'un supermarché. Borne de recyclage d'ailleurs sur le trajet de ce super marche à 3mn Pour améliorer personnellement je poserai un porte manteau dans la grande chambre et je mettrai des matelas plus fermes . Rapport qualité prix très satisfaisant. Le code wifi du voisin n'a pu être utilisé le signal était trop faible.

TRES BON RAPPORT QUALITE PRIX

Tout d abord la propriétaire est très gentille et prévenante. Elle donne plein d informations utiles sur les visites ou commerces. Elle permet d arriver et de partir à des heures arrangeant toutes les familles. L appartement est propre, et meublé correctement. La vaisselle est propre et il y en pas mal de quoi satisfaire une famille de 5 personnes. La cuisine est formidablement équipée Le voisin est très compréhensif et donne ses codes Internet contre 10€ Le centre ville n est pas très loin, 3 à 5 minutes en voiture. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour. Nous recommandons cette location F Sama

Muy buena relacion calidad-precio

Apartamento muy comodo y amplio , ademas de una excelente situacion para visitar esta bonita region francesa. Propietarios muy atentos. Aconsejable sin duda.
