This is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom townhome with fully equipped kitchen, sleeps up to 6 people with sleeper sofa. Upstairs loft area. Master bedroom & bath upstairs with separate shower. There is a bedroom and bathroom on the main level. Kitchen, dining, living and laundry area on main level. Convenient to historic downtown Newnan and Ashley Park. It's an end unit and is newly furnished. Convenient to I-85 and about 25 minute drive to the Atlanta Hartsfield Jackson Airport. The lockbox code is located in our welcome letter. Our next door neighbor helps us look after our place when we are not staying in our home. We do require a minimum check in age of 25 years old, if your booking this town home and your under 25 years of age, please contact us for pre-approval to book this unit. We reserve the right to check your ID upon check-in or anytime during your stay. This is not ideal if you intend to "party." The next door neighbor will notify us & notify the police if any disturbance is noted or if more people are staying in our town home than what is claimed. You will be evicted without a refund.

Dear Guest, Welcome to our town home located at 177 Chastain Way, Newnan, GA 30263. You will find our place with clean with fresh clean linens and fully stocked kitchen, but no maid service during your stay. There is a washer/dryer for your use. When using the washing machine, please keep on auto fill and choose appropriate settings for the cycle of your choice. We also ask that you please clean filter with each use of the dryer. There is parking for 2 small cars in the driveway. I will do all I can to meet and greet you to show you around, but just in case I am unable to meet you upon your arrival, we plan to place a lock box on the front door. You will need to use the code CAT in order to access keys. You will find a 2nd key on the kitchen counter to use during your stay. We offer direct TV and internet with WIFI network name Wi-Fi Network Name ATT WIFI 177 and password is atlreal393. Remote controls will be near each TV. Modem is located in the downstairs bedroom. There are TV's located in the living area and in both bedrooms. There is also office space in the loft area for your personal use. Trash pick up is every Monday morning and all trash along with the trash can will need to be at the end of the drive way on Sunday nights. We prefer to leave trash can at the end of the driveway opposite side of the mailbox. Upon departure, please load and turn on dishwasher and empty the trash would be greatly appreciated. Please leave keys on the kitchen counter and lock the bottom lock on your way out of the door when you departure. Please call Robby or Laura for any questions or issues at may arise during your stay. Great Stay!
We made a great choice with this property! Very quiet street and all the amenities we needed. I cooked the entire time I was there and had no problems finding everything I needed. The grocery store is less than 5 minutes away. Will definitely stay here again if we're in the area.

Great Property!
This rental was clean, comfortable and in a quite location. Well stocked with basics including coffee for the mornings. Close to restaurants and grocery stores for dinning in or out. Owners were very responsive with communication before and during our stay. We will stay here again when back in the area.

The best VRBO we've stayed in so far!
We have booked VRBOs across the country countless times. This house and the owners are so accommodating. The house was clean, stocked with amenities, and offered a very favorable layout. The driveway was big enough for us to park a 15 passenger van with a trailer attached. We were in town to film a music video at a nearby location - this was just minutes from most essential needs (grocery, gas, restaurants, etc). We located a Starbucks and Einstein less than 5 miles away for those early mornings :) We would stay here again and highly recommend to anyone else coming to the area.

Comfortable, clean, and mostly well-equipped
We enjoyed our stay in this townhouse. It was well located for our activities. The beds were mostly comfortable, although polyester sheets can be hot and uncomfortable at times. My only suggestion for the kitchen is to have more plates, and some smaller drinking glasses. I think the drinking glasses must have held a quart each, and were difficult to handle. A minor issue, I'll admit.

We live one hour from the Newnan area. Although, we are not local to the area, Robby is disabled and is available to answer any questions you may have regarding our town home.

Why they chose this property

This 2 story town home comes with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms , TV's in both bedrooms and a fold out sleeper sofa in the living area. The bedrooms have new queen size mattresses and extra linens are kept in the closets of both bedrooms. We offer a loft with desk and spacious office area. We also offer internet services as well. Please read Welcome Letter that is under house rules. This explains check in and check out times and key access. If your unable to locate our welcome letter, please send us a message and we can text it or email it to you. Feel free to call or send us an email for any questions. This complex does not offer any amenities, however, there are gyms within 2 miles from our complex.

What makes this property unique

It's quiet and clean. Newly furnished and partially renovated. It's in a diverse fast growing area. It's located approximately 25 minutes south of Atlanta Airport. It's located one mile from Ashley Park and several blocks from historic downtown Newnan. Close to I-85 and plenty of shopping nearby. The kitchen, open living area, dining area, laundry closet, a small bedroom with bathroom is located on the ground level. The master bedroom and bathroom is located upstairs with a small loft area that offers a separate a desk and chair for those needing office space. There are flatscreen TV's located in the living room, both downstairs and the upstairs master bedroom. The living room offers a queen size sleeper sofa, rocking chair recliner and a beautiful electric fireplace. There is seating for 4 people in the dining area. The kitchen comes fully equipped with dishes and cookware for all your cooking needs.
