The church across the road dates from 1150 with the frontage of the house looking onto a graveyard.

This house actually has two bedrooms, but one is locked off, I use the house as an occasional office.
You will have full and private use of the house which has WiFi, double glazing and gas central heating.
There is a rustic four poster bed and set of drawers in the master bedroom, I will also provide a clothes rail to hang garments.

Calverley is a traditional Yorkshire stone village overlooking the Aire Valley.
The location of the property lends itself road connections to Leeds City Centre. Bradford City Centre is also easily accessible.
A bus stop is opposite the house that will take you straight in to Leeds City Centre.
There is easy access to the Leeds-Liverpool Canal for walking and bike rides, and hidden little pubs along the route, again this provides easy access to Leeds City Centre.
If you are a keen golfer, there is a golf course on the other side of the village.
Leeds-Bradford Airport is in easy reach being about a 10 minute drive, please ask if you require a pick-up and drop off service as I may be able to do this for you myself.
There are two Rail stations within 3 miles from the house that serve a variety of destinations including Leeds, Bradford and Manchester.
The original Emmerdale village of Esholt is closeby being just 3.4 miles away, the Emmerdale Studio Experience is just 5.8 miles away which is accessible by the bus from the stop outside the house.
The Headingley Carnigie Stadium is 5 miles away with domestic and international Rugby League, Union and cricket matches.
The small towns of Ilkley and Otley are within easy reach by car, as is the rest of the Yorkshire Dales National Park.
Calverley Village has its historical buildings, cafe, hair dressers, fish & chip shop, spa and 3 excellent pubs.
The Thornhill gastro pub is located about 50 metres away, it provides an excellent menu with a good range of drinks.
It gets very busy at the weekends so it is worth booking for a table in advance.
Food is served until 9pm and the pub shuts at 11:30pm.
A short trip in to Rodley has the Ephesus Restaurant that serves lovely Turkish cuisine. It is definitely worth a look.
Horsforth is closeby as is Leeds Trinity University. Leeds Beckett and The University of Leeds are easily accessible, too.
