Great stay!

Thanks so much for renting out your vacation home! Great spot, nice, clean home. Parking was a bit tight, but it was under ground in much needed shade!! We loved the balconies, the pool is nice but the ability to swim anytime, as many do, the short walk to the ~ 80° ocean was better. We felt safe as security keeps a good eye on the place. Thanks to the suggestion book we ended up spending hours at the children's museum. I wanted to add if you need a last minute, late, take out dinner or food anytime- Panadería España is very good.

Great location!

We were in town for our spring break. The property was perfect for our family. The views are incredible and it is right in the middle of a lot of restaurants and shops for easy access. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The owners were easily acceptable and responsive. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Spring Break with our teens

We had a wonderful stay! There views were spectacular! We found everything we needed and more. There was even a flat iron to do my hair. During our stay they were putting together more chairs and tables for seating at the pool. We opted to do a Resort Pass at Fairmont Hotel. So we had space to spread out in VRBO and pool day at resort with service! There are many car rentals just down the street. Next time I would only get a car rental for when I am headed to Fajardo not the entire trip.

We live and work in the foothills of the Sierra Mountains in Northern California but are very fortunate to spend most vacations on the “Enchanted Isle” of Puerto Rico. We very proudly call it our second home in paradise. Richard was born in San Juan and still has a lot of friends and family on the island. We love the tropical climate, the friendly people, the laid back attitude and the fascinating culture that Puerto Rico has to offer.

This Isla Verde condo has been our dream for many years. It just doesn’t get much better than waking up to the sparkling ocean water, the sound of the waves and the tropical sea breeze. The building and area amenities, the central location and the long stretch of pristine beach make it the perfect get away for almost anyone.
