It has a family bathroom and WC. Downstairs has a fully fitted kitchen, and an open-plan living room and dining area. Outside has a spacious lawned garden, with a decking area and vast views across the countryside. Off road parking is available. Ty Mon is ideal for a short break or cosy holiday.

Llandegfan has expanded greatly in recent decades and is continuing to expand in the 21st century notably in the extension to the Mill Lodge estate and along Lon Ganol. You can enjoy the 17th century court house and gaol, Museum of Childhood, sea zoo, fishing and sightseeing boat trips from the pier.
