Holiday in pathos

All went smoothly lovely stay. Only niggle was the fridge freezer made loud noises which woke me up with a start during the night

Spacious and light apartment with wrap around balcony

We enjoyed a long stay in this spacious apartment. The main balcony wraps around from east to south facing and so gets the sun from sunrise until after 3pm during the winter months we stayed. The service from the agent was excellent and access to the apartment easy. The apartment is on a busy road and so there is road noise, however this did not bother us as we are used to it from home and it gives some life to the area. It was a 15 minute walk to the lido area in town, where you can enjoy a pleasant swim and that then gives access to the promenade which runs along the coastline. Supermarkets and the Kings Mall shopping centre are 10/15 min walk, with well stocked convenience stores just 100 meters from the apartment. Overall an excellent apartment.

Excellent two week stay

This apartment is large and airy with an excellent wrap around balcony . It is a good location and only a short walk into Paphos and the harbour. We would definitely book it again.

Wir sind enttäuscht!!!

1. In der Anzeige wurden 2 Schlafzimmer + 2 Badezimmer angegeben. Dies waren unsere wichtigsten Auswahlkriterien!!! Das 2. Bad war nicht vorhanden. Auf Grund unserer Reklamation vor Ort wurde die Anzeige dann geändert. Ein Entgegenkommen z.B. preislich oder in Form einer adäquaten Wohnung wurde durch die Agentur abgelehnt. 2. Die Wohnung besitzt eine herrliche Terrasse. Wegen des starken Verkehrs leider nicht ideal nutzbar. 3. Die Sauberkeit war auf den ersten Blick gegeben. Der Backofen und der Grill sehr verschmutzt. Geschirr war teilweise schmutzig im Schrank. Die Kissen auf den Esstisch-Stühlen sollten mal wieder gewaschen werden. Türen und Schrankfronten waren klebrig, Vorhangstangen hingen durch. 4. Zwei Schalter der Herdplatten waren kaputt. Somit nur 2 Herdplatten zu gebrauchen. 5. Die Klimaanlage war bei sehr grosser Hitze überfordert. 6. Wir waren 3 Wochen in dieser Wohnung. Gegen Ende waren die Böden dann doch etwas unappetitlich, da weder ein Staubsauger noch ein Besen zu finden waren. 7. Die schönen Strände sind nur mit dem Auto erreichbar. Dies war uns aber schon im Vorfeld bewusst. Wir hatten einen reservierten Parkplatz. 8. Die Aussenanlage mit dem Pool war gepflegt und wurde wöchentlich gereinigt. Das wäre für die Wohnung auch eine Idee für die Agentur. 9. Die Betten waren sehr hart. 10. Von den schönen Fotos in der Anzeige und der Bemerkung "Luxuriöse Wohnung" haben wir uns leider blenden lassen. Wir empfehlen, dass FeWo-direkt die Angaben der Mietobjekte besser überprüft. Unser Erholungswert wurde durch die beschriebene Situation stark eingeschränkt. Zypern werden wir noch öfters bereisen, aber bei der Wahl unserer Unterkunft kritischer vorgehen und Alternativen prüfen.

Wohnung schön, aber Umgebung leider nicht so.

Die Wohnung war grundlegend schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Der Check in war problemlos durch Tür Safe möglich. Auf den Bilder war leider nicht zu erkennen, dass das Apartment direkt an der Straße liegt. Ohne Mietwagen ist die Lage nicht optimal. Die Balkon Möbel und die Matratzen sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Kommunikation mit der Agentur lief leider nicht so gut. Die Klima Anlage in einem der Schlafzimmer war defekt, vorbildlich erschhien am ersten Tag direkt jemand, der die AC reparieren sollte. Am nächsten Tag kam der "AC Mensch" erneut und sagte, er würde abends mit Gas für die Reperatur wieder kommen. Wir warteten vergebens drei Stunden. Auch nach mehrmaligen Telefonaten mit der Agentur passierte nichts, am vorletzten Tag erhielten wir selbst die Kontakt Daten. Jedoch war niemand zu erreichen und die AC blieb die gesamte Woche defekt. Das ist leider sehr ärgerlich.
