About this property

Kefalonian Blue Villa is a beautiful newly-built property. The delightful villa is set within large private landscaped gardens, with extensive traditional hand made stone paved patio areas, all surrounding the very inviting private ECO swimming pool.

Kefalonian Blue is privately owned and family friendly. The decor and finishes throughout are to a very high standard, with contemporary influences blending alongside more traditional features.

The property is on two floors, with the ground floor comprising a large open plan living/dining/kitchen area, fully equipped with washing machine, oven, fridge and kitchenware. The living area houses a satellite TV, Nintendo Wii and a large seating area. Patio doors, complete with mosquito nets, lead out onto the extensive patios and the ground floor also house a separate WC with washbasin.

The feature staircase, leads up to the first floor, with 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. The first floor also consists of a master bathroom complete with bath, shower, WC and washbasin. Both bedrooms have feature patio doors, leading out onto the balcony from where you can enjoy the wonderful views across the Ionian sea and is a perfect place to enjoy breakfast or share a glass of local wine while watching the amazing sunsets and relaxing in your luxury villa.

The property has full air conditioning throughout.

Externally, you can enjoy Al Fresco dining on the patio, whilst taking full advantage of the spacious BBQ area........Imagine lying on the feature sun loungers, aside of the private pool, enjoying lazy days and nights doing nothing but relaxing, eating delicious food sourced with local ingredients while enjoying a glass or two of Kefalonian wine. The garden area is beautifully lit in the evening time giving a truly relaxing atmosphere throughout the garden. The ECO pool is 8m x 4m in size and there is also an outside shower area.

The nearest sandy beach is a few minutes away at Agia Thomas, and the beautiful beaches all along the Livathos coastline are all within a 10 min drive.

Siper Urlaub mit kleineren Anlaufschwierigkeiten

Positiv: großes sehr sauberes Haus mit sehr schön anglegtem großem und sauberen Pool, Smart-TV und überall Insektenschutzgitter. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit Vermieter. Bei Anfragen prompte Antwort in kürzester Zeit. Bei Ankunft Begrüssungspaket mit Kaffee, Tee, Wasser, Brot etc., das nach der schwieigen Suchaktion sehr willkommen war, Gute Lage - Strandnähe ( ca. 2 km) , Supermärkte in 10 Minuten Entfernung, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Inselbewohner Negativ: schwer zu finden, vor allem bei Ankunft in der Nacht, viel Hundegebell nachts in der Umgebung Fazit: absolut empfehlenswertes Haus, wir kommen gerne wieder, um die vielen schönen Strände und das megasaubere Wasser zu genießen.

Amazing time

We loved at our stay at this villa, lovely location, perfect size for our little family or 3. We loved the pool and amenities, we will definitely return! We had one small issue with a sprinkler and the property manager was out straight away. Thank you for a lovely stay, we were sad to come home!

Could not recommend this property enough! It had everything you needed and William was an amazing host! He was on hand for any questions and went as far as booking our dinner reservations for us.

Great Stay

The villa is modern, well maintained and equipped. The size of the indoor and outdoor space is more than adequate for the amount of guests. The villa is overlooked at the front of the property. It might be a concern for some people, but this was only a minor issue for us. It is in a great location, close to beaches and the capital of Argostoli is only a short drive away. The communication with the property manager was excellent and he was very helpful during our stay. Lovely Villa, great stay.
