About this property

This cabin is a charming 2 Bedroom 1 bathroom getaway from the city. Each bedroom has an updated queen bed & our living room has a brand new pull out sofa. Allowing us to sleep 6 people. The cabin includes wifi, a TV with access to Sling, Hulu, & Netflix, a Ninja coffee maker, and a washer/dryer. The house has a wonderfully large deck, with plenty of space to enjoy breakfast outside and relax. Behind the house, there is a private trail to the top of the mountain with gorgeous views of the Mogollon rim. Nearby there are numerous trails and watering holes that are perfect for families. The area is teaming with wildlife and elk are often seen on the property and on the streets welcoming you to the home. This cabin is the perfect mix between modern and rural living, making it the ideal getaway for couples, families, and friends.

Our Second Time at This Place

This was our second time staying at this little getaway, and we enjoyed it just as much as the first. The host is very easy to contact if you have any questions and it’s a wonderful location. The property is very relaxing with so many places to sit outside any time of day, but it’s also still very close to the quaint town of Pine. Will use it again in the future.

Very nice property with beautiful views and wildlife.

Very pleased with property and location. As advertised...very serene and cozy. Enjoyed sitting on the deck with a cup of coffee and watching elk feed and stroll on by within a few feet. A very nice experience my family and I will always remember.

My family currently lives in Phoenix, Arizona. We love hiking and being outdoorsy so we purchased this cabin in 2015 with the dream of remodeling it and turning it into our secret getaway from a hectic lifestyle. After 1 year of renovations, we were able to start using our beautiful retreat and decided to put it on VRBO so that other families might be able to enjoy the beautiful rural town of Pine when we were not enjoying it. We hope that you love our home away from home as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

Together, my family renovated this cabin turning it into our ideal holiday home. We chose this area because we loved the hikes and trails nearby. It is a short drive to Sedona and other popular tourist destinations in Northern Arizona. This made it perfect for our family of 6 to always have activities to do in the outdoors while keeping our drive up there under 2 hours.

What makes this property unique

With a large deck area, we have a picnic table, coffee table, porch swing, and patio furniture set. This makes our cabin perfect to sit outside and enjoy nature. The weather is perfect year round and because of the trees, you can sit outside and enjoy some privacy. We loved how easy it was to enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings here. We've learned that if you sit quietly and look, you'll see tons of different birds, elk, bunnies and more. It's a great place to unplug from a busy lifestyle.
