Our charming home is located on the Grand Canal deep boating water, just 700 yards to the powdery sands of Siesta Key Beach. Siesta Village with its shops, restaurants numerous live music venues is just a few blocks away.

The house sits on a cul-de-sac, set back from passing traffic. The welcoming gated entry, lush tropical landscaping and sparkling expansive water views, make our home a joy. We think it absolutely perfect for a relaxing break.

The property, inside and out, was modernized in 2014 and comprises four bedrooms and three shower-rooms (two en-suite and one with a bath). Multiple glass sliders along the back of the home bathe the rooms in natural light. The well planned kitchen, featuring granite counters and stainless appliances overlooks the new pool area and family room. The laundry room is equipped with separate washer and drier, as well as plenty of hanging space. The master-bedroom suite features french doors opening out onto the canal, walk-in closet and master bath with marble counters, roman tub & large shower. The new ‘low-chlorine’ pool is screened from mosquitos and enjoys great water views thru the tropical landscaping from every angle. The dock is equipped with bumpers and tie down cleats.

We enjoy watching the sun rising in the morning with coffee in hand on the dock. Wildlife is abundance with fish constantly jumping out of the water. Watch out for the occasional dolphin or manatee swimming along the property.

Please note the rates are inclusive of an expensive 3% credit card fee which we do not receive. If you would prefer to avoid this fee we are happy to accept wire transfers and will reduce the rental rate accordingly.

Please note that in high season December to April there is a 12 week minimum stay.
