This charming Oak Bluffs vacation rental is the perfect choice for a group that wants something a bit upscale. With light walls, hardwood floors, and high ceilings, the living room feels refined and welcoming. A selection of books and board games is available, so whether you feel sociable or not, you've got options. Settle into the couch and watch something on cable or a DVD, or pick something off Netflix. If you're feeling mellow, put some music over the stereo and have a chat with your friends, or log onto the WiFi to find an ambitious recipe to make for dinner.

Boasting granite counters and stainless steel appliances, the gourmet kitchen is as beautiful as it is functional. Wake up in the morning and brew some fresh coffee, or blend some local produce to make a delicious smoothie. A mixer cuts down on prep time, and a dishwasher takes care of the bulk of the cleanup so you can focus on the fun parts of your vacation. On warm summer afternoons, head outside to the deck for a barbecue. Though the dining table inside is a lovely place for a meal, food always tastes a bit better out in the fresh air, while gazing at the trees!

There are three comfy bedrooms, which sleep up to six guests in style. The master bedroom has a plush queen bed, an en suite bathroom, and a flatscreen TV. Of the other bedrooms, one has a queen bed and the other has two twins. They share a second bathroom, making it easy to schedule mirror time in the morning. A private washer and dryer are available, so don't fret about having enough clean linens. This lovely Martha's Vineyard vacation home is a wonderful place to relax, surrounded by beauty and your nearest and dearest.

What's nearby:
Located on a quiet residential lane in Oak Bluffs, it's easy to get around the town by walking or biking. It's under a mile to the water to the northwest, and almost exactly a mile to the east you'll find Oak Bluffs's eateries and shops. Visit the East Chop Lighthouse (the last lighthouse on the island to be built) and enjoy the spectacular view. Take the kids to the Flying Horses Carousel, which is the oldest carousel in the nation and a National Historic Landmark. When you're done, grab a bite to eat at the delightfully named Slice of Life. Leave room for dessert - you're going to want to try the cheesecake. Depending on what you're up for, there are plenty of excellent beaches to choose from. Oak Bluffs Town Beach is a great place to take the kids, as the water is calm and ideal for swimming. If you're feeling a bit adventurous, head to Joseph Sylvia Beach and try your hand at windsurfing!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
