Vasilis Pool Villa is located in the amazing sea village of Fanes. It can accommodate 7 people, it is just 500 meters from the beach and less than a 2 minute drive from supermarkets and taverns. It is Ideal for families, surfers and groups of friends that seek peaceful holidays.
Our two-story Luxury Villa of 210 m2 provides luxurious and comfortable accommodation for families, couples or groups of friends. It is highly functional and offers all the necessary facilities and modern amenities for a pleasant, relaxing and memorable stay. It consists of 3 large bedrooms which acommodate up to 6 people, 2 bathrooms, a separate big kitchen area and a large living and dining room with an LCD TV. Wifi coverage is excellent in every part of the Villa. Every room leads to balconies and/or terrace with a panoramic and uninterrupted view to the garden which has the private pool equipped with parasols and sunbeds.
The location of the villa is ideal for those who seek tranquility and want to explore the island of Rhodes from side to side. It is placed at the North East side of the island, near Fanes village, conveniently distanced from famous and must-see sights such as Faliraki, Archaggelos, Kolympia, Rhodes and the old town of Rhodes. It is less than 15 km from the airport, 27 km from Rhodes Town, 31 km from Faliraki and 53 km away from Lindos. The hire of a car is required for the adventurous and advised for families or couples. The bus station is just 2.5 km away from the property, at Fanes village, and you will be in the city of Rhodes and all the above destinations in approximately 30 minutes.

Lovely villa

Lovely villa and pool in quiet location, clean and had everything we needed, i would recommend you hire a car as we did as no resturants or shopping really close by. we knew this before so was no problem for us, contact with the owner/agent was excellent met us at villa on arrival and brought us pool towels back same day, would stay again.

Quiet villa in Fanes

Great villa with nice pool although we didn’t use it because it was so cold. The sea was warmer! Very well equipped and very clean. Only thing we didn’t like was all the laundry from previous renters was left outside in black bags and rubbish had been left by the bins and the cats had ripped all the bags open. I managed to get it all in the bins so why it hadn’t been done before I don’t know. Wasn’t the best first impression when you get there in the dark and the first thing you see is rubbish scattered everywhere. Another thing that I feel the villa would benefit from is a small welcome pack like bread and milk because it really is away from any shops that are open at night. Overall a great villa and would definitely recommend.
