Apartment on the 2nd and last floor of a small quiet residence. This duplex apartment has a double north-south exposure and a beautiful view of the harbor and Bas Sablons Saint-Malo intramural. Private access to the port and the beach Bas Sablons so that the pedestrian promenade of the city of Aleth. The apartment includes a living room with a fitted kitchen, a bathroom with travertine stone bathroom with bath, a separate bedroom with double bed (140 x 200) and convenient corner with a baby bed (60 x 120) and table langer. Upstairs, accessible by a secure staircase, lit by two skylights loft, furnished with two beds (90X200) and convenient. Closed garage in the basement. Close to shops and restaurants. Saint-Malo intramural is within walking distance in 20 minutes; Sheets are provided free. Wireless.
