Located close to the fitness room, clubhouse and main pools; the unit is in one of the best locations at Legacy Villas. The back patio opens to an interior courtyard, has custom patio furniture and a patio heater. You won't find a better value on your next trip to the desert. The spacious bathroom has a separate shower and soaking tub and a single vanity. The main community pools and fitness center are just a short-walk from the unit. Off-street parking is located in front of the unit and additional parking is located along Classic Drive. The unit can be combined with LV108 to create a 2 bedroom unit with dual master suites (subject to availability). The condo has an interior lock-off door between the 1 bedroom unit and studio unit. There is an expectation that guests minimize noise around the door from 10pm-8am.

La Quinta is home to over 30 public and private golf courses. The PGA Tour's Humana Challenge is hosted at several of the city's courses each January. The BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament is hosted at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden every March; only a ten minute drive from the condo. Don't forget the La Quinta Arts Festival and the Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals. The Coachella Valley is your best bet for outdoor adventure in all seasons.
