This premium Whistler Village property is nestled beside the glacier-fed Fitzsimmons Creek and surrounded by treed parkland making this the best combination of Privacy + Proximity. The pedestrian-only Fitzsimmons Trail is right outside the door, linking you to both the Blackcomb Upper Village and Whistler Village. Perfect for families or groups of 4-10 people that want easy access to Lifts, Shopping, Dining & Adventure. Heated flooring and A/C throughout all 3 levels of this fully upgraded home provide maximum comfort in winter and summer. 100’s of 5-star reviews on all major booking platforms.

In response to COVID, updated cleaning and disinfecting protocols, processes & checklists have been put in place to provide a higher standard of cleanliness and safety for our guests.

All guests must be a minimum of 30 yrs or older unless accompanied by a parent or chaperone. No Parties/Smoking/Pets. Max 10 ppl. Every guest must be accounted for on the reservation.

SKI-IN / SKI-OUT gondola less than 100 meters from our front door.
Blackcomb Lift Base, Blackcomb Daylodge, Kids Ski School, Childcare services, ski/bike rentals, all within 100 meters of our front door. We are located directly between the base of Whistler and Blackcomb, so you can walk to lifts at either base. Go up one mountain, cross at the top using the Peak 2 Peak Gondola and ski down the other mountain then walk home. No other locations can offer this level of proximity and privacy.
No Car Needed. Take a Shuttle from the airport directly to and from our home. Walk to everything in minutes, including the Gondola Transit Exchange and Skier’s Plaza.
You can easily access and ski both mountains directly from this Best Whistler Village Rental Location.

Sleeps 4-10 ppl in 6 real beds and is well suited for families or groups that want a family friendly home where you can walk to everything. 1500+ Sf, 3 stories, no one directly above, below, beside or in front, private ground-level entrance facing trees and the pedestrian only Fitzsimmons trail between Blackcomb Base and Whistler Village. Cosy, comfortable and well located
Derek and Angela were amazing and welcoming hosts who were there to greet us and help us settle in. During our stay they were attentive and quickly responded to any issues we raised. The house is well located and it is a short stroll to the Blackcomb gondola - it made the mornings easy. It is also not too far from the central village so you still have access to all of the restaurants and shops but can return to a quiet and more secluded location. We were a party of 9 and the house was spacious with a great loft area for the teenagers. It was well appointed and there was nothing wanting. I would highly recommend staying at Best Whistler Village 4. A big thank you to Derek and Angela for making our stay so enjoyable!

This is a beautiful townhouse that is literally within 1 minute walk of the Blackcomb Gondola and ski school! The unit has all the comforts, shampoo, hair dryers, cooking, cleaning, and washing supplies. The owners are very helpful. Very comfortable stay!

Everything about our stay was great, from the location and condition of the home to the immediate responsiveness of the host, Derek. Would highly recommend this property based on comfort and location. Was a minute walk away from the Blackcomb gondola and everything was newly renovated and beautifully furnished.

Perched along a glacial fed creek and close to all amenities and shops while still considered a Ski In / Ski Out friendly location because it is a short 100 meter walk over to Blackcomb lift base from our front door. You do not need a car. Our home is “Closer to the Blackcomb Base Lift” than all 5 of the "Skiers Day Lot" Pay Parking. It is the Best Whistler location. As one guest said, "You fall out the front door and your at the Lift". Also the 3 levels to this home offer large families and groups adequate space to chill. The 3rd level large loft style bedroom is ideal for the kids to hang out, watch TV in the lounge area, play games etc while the adults enjoy their own space on the main living level.
