Beautiful ocean view of Proposal Rock!
Property adjoins beach with easy beach access!Completely remodeled, very clean!
Ground level condo- no steps.
1 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms with additional separate areas for sink/vanity rooms, family room and kitchen. Sleeps 4 ( Queen bed and queen pull out American Leather sofa bed). Could potentially have 5th child sleep on fold out cot.
Very home-like condo that has been well cared for and stocked with everything to make our guests feel like they right at home for a unique beach experience. This place has it all! You won’t need to go anywhere, just relax here, take in the fabulous view, and enjoy the ocean/beach!
Patio leads onto nice lawn area that overlooks the ocean. Come sit in our nice cedar Adirandack chairs on this grass area right out our back patio and take in the view that directly overlooks the ocean. The condo has direct to the beach crossing over a seasonal small footbridge. Very convenient to be able to bring all your munchies just out your back door and take in the view! It also overlooks creek and river that flow to the ocean. Children enjoy playing in this gentle flow.
Very comfortable unit that has updated kitchen completely furnished with sink, stove, refrigerator, microwave, and all necessary dishware and appliances. Clean and well maintained.
There is a common area at resort with patio that has a gas grill and patio area - nice for BBQ.
Awesome hiking nearby! Serene coastal town...not over loaded with people.
Good restaurants and convenient market within walking distance.
Includes cable tv and WIFI.
This is multi-unit building with condo located on ground floor. No steps to get into condo.

*In rainy season depending on when seasonal high tides come in through winter, our seasonal bridge that crosses the creek for direct access to beach is brought in due to the changing water levels and ocean currents. Therefore, the foot bridge (shown in photo) that crosses the back lawn will not be available and to access beach so guests would need to walk through parking lot and access the beach either on the path by Hawk Creek Restaurant (3-5 minute walk) or on many of the other beach access points. Bridge will be put back out in the spring.

Exactly as advertised

The views are amazing! The condo was exceptionally clean. The host was very attentive and responsive. Very quiet stay. You definitely get what you pay for. Some may feel that the expectation of cleaning up before you go could be considered unreasonable due to the cost of the cleaning charge. I say, leave it like you found it. We are very thankful for the opportunity to stay at this lovely little condo. We will definitely book again! Thank you Tricia!

Short, but wonderful stay

The condo/unit was just as advertised, including the oceanfront view. We only planned for one night on the coast, but once we arrived, we wished we were able to stay longer. The property was easy to find, had easy access to the beach and we enjoyed our pizza from Hawk Creek Cafe (in the same parking lot) on the patio overlooking the ocean. Tricia was also extremely communicative, messaging us the day before to offer an early check-in. We would gladly return to Tricia's place in the future.

Just a simple, friendly town with the gorgeous beauty of nature. Not a lot of the commercial "hub bub" of other coastal towns... peaceful, friendly, charming, cozy town surrounded by the serenity of the ocean. Great location! Neskowin is an adorable little coastal town. Condo has awesome view! If you enjoy the natural beauty of the ocean not over loaded with too many little slice of paradise is a gem. Very friendly beach community made up of families that have owned these cute little homes for to simply walk through the neighborhood and see the cute cottage homes.
