Once the showroom for "Bream Creek Furniture" now converted into a self contained living space.
Adjacent to our living space and just 300 metres down the track to Vanbone Restuarant.
Recently opened, the Bream Creek Wines cellar door is not to be missed. It is 300 metres up the track.
Views over the Tasman Sea to Maria Island and Hellfire Bluff. 25 Minutes from Hobart airport . Close to Marion Bay beach.

Half way down the hill overlooking Marion Bay.
Come through the gate. Proceed a few metres. More or less straight ahead you will see the Studio car parking space. (See photo on listing)

Everyone in the area has great views over the bay. As does Beachbreaks and includes indicators for all compass points from Hellfire to the narrows (if one’s attention is drawn to the ocean.) If not then the garden will delight you as it does for the birds.
